Manual payment

At Campexx we offer you the option to pay for your order manually in 2 installments. Follow the steps below to complete your order:

1. Place your order:

• Select the desired product and add it to your shopping cart.

• Complete the ordering process and choose the "manual payment" option for the payment method.
  

2. Receive the invoice:

• After placing your order you will receive an invoice with the payment details by email.
  

3. 50% deposit:

• Transfer the deposit of 50% of the total amount to the bank account number stated on the invoice.

• Please include the order number in the payment description.
  

4. Confirmation of deposit:

• As soon as we have received the deposit, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail and your order will be definitively placed.
  

5. File payment (24 hours delivery):

• You will receive a reminder for the outstanding amount 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.

• Transfer the remaining amount to the same bank account number.
  

6. Confirmation of full payment:

• After receipt of full payment, your product will be prepared and shipped.

• You will receive a confirmation of the order and a track and trace code for the order.
  

7. Please note:

• Make sure you make both payments on time to avoid delays.
